About Me and Divine Sparkle
Sandra Groenewald is a seasoned professional with a long history in the corporate sector where she specialised in training, project management and professional services. She holds qualifications in Business management and Project management. Sandra has also been registered as a trainer and assessor in these fields.
Sandra decided to apply the skills she gleaned in the corporate world in her own business. The beauty industry had always appealed to her and in order to ensure that she has first-hand knowledge, she enrolled at Face to Face Beauty Academy and completed the makeup and beauty and lash extension courses.
This hands on training meant that she would truly understand what the therapists who would work for her in her salon needed in order to provide the customer with a world class salon experience.
After personally applying her skills in a work from home and travelling make-up service, Sandra took the plunge and opened Divine Sparkle as a fully fledged salon in August 2020 (during the Covid-19 pandemic) Her energy, determination and perseverance has seen Divine Sparkle blossom through the various stages of a small business’ development cycle to the established, professional enterprise it is today.
Sandra is a passionate person who believes that everyone who spends time at Divine Sparkle deserves to be treated like royalty and deserves to walk out of the salon feeling like royalty. She loves people and want everyone entering Divine Saprkle to enter as a customer and leave as a friend.

Please welcome Shannon, our front desk manager ready to welcome you. Shannon has been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. She started working in a Salon while still in school. She is a bubbly person with a great sense of humor and gets along with all types of people. She is enjoying being back in the salon environment and meeting you.

This is Hazel, our booking administrator ready for your messages at any time. Hazel considers herself to be a very shy person but once She gets to know you, you’ll see the bubbly side to her.
